Key Responsibilities Contact leads using various CRMs to support the dealership's online sales pipeline Manage scheduling software to book and adjust sales appointments Make outbound calls while consistently meeting company performance benchmarks Required Qualifications 2-3 years of BDC or sales experience (strongly preferred) Prior automotive or RV sales BDC experience Experience with automotive or RV CRM systems Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales-related KPIs Authorization to work in the U.S
